No Signboard Seafood Restaurant is a far cry from the days when this seafood restaurant couldn’t afford a signboard for its seafood stall, hence the moniker created by enthusiastic customers spreading the word of this culinary jewel. The food is unabashedly local with hearty flavors while the atmosphere is understatedly stylish with a talking-point view of Singapore’s civic and business skyline. No Signboard Seafood Restaurant is known for its white pepper crab, chili crab, hokkien style steamed fish, crispy cereal crayfish, double boiled lobster, and garlic steamed bamboo clams.
